<Booth space>
The exhibition space is the lobby in front of the Seki Memorial Hall (the Meeting place).
Each Booth consists of a table (180 x 90 cm), 2 chairs, 2 poster panels (120x180 cm), and
a tap (100 V x 10 Amp).
<Exhibition period>
From 9 am August 22nd, 2005 to 10 am August 26.
You can set up your Booth from 8 am August 22nd. Then you need to set out until 1 pm
August 26th.
<Cost> 250,000 YEN/table
The representative will receive an abstract book and a badge which allow you to attend all
the conference programme including the Welcome reception (August 22nd) and the Dinner
(August 26th), and also to receive services including lunch and snack.
2. Advertisement in the Abstract book

Pages of advertisement will be attached at the end of the abstract book. We will receive a
camera-ready form with A4 or Letter size by mail. Please allow 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
Due to technical limitation, pictures and figures will be printed in black/white.
Printing quality of the half tone figures is quite limited.
<Cost> 150,000 YEN/page
Those who are exhibit both the Booth and Abstract book, the cost is discounted to 100,000
YEN/page. The representative will receive an abstract book and a badge which allow you to
attend all the conference programme including the Welcome reception (August 22nd) and
the Dinner (August 26th), and also receive services including lunch and snack.
3. Poster exhibition and Flyers

<Exhibition space and period>
During the scientific poster presentation, Poster exhibitions will be presented between the
scientific posters. The size of poster board is 120 cm width 180 cm height. Those who
could not attend the meeting, you can send your poster to the organizer.
The organizers will pinup your poster during the meeting.
Flyers will be put in the Meeting bag and will be presented in a display desk.
<Cost> 50,000 YEN/poster (or flyers)
We offer 20% discount for publishers and book stores, 40,000 YEN/poster (or flyers)
